You can track Bluedart shipment status on their main site. However, I’ve always been unlucky as when ever I enter any waybill or reference number I get ‘Tracking number invalid or numbers not found’ error.

I’m not sure if BlueDart mixed the dress for you.
Possibility is that the shop you ordered from has given a wrong dress and not BlueDart.
Have you tried calling the shop / website where you ordered the dress from ?
If yes – what did they say ?
If No – please ask them for details.
If its not the dress you ordered for, you can return it back to them.
If it was Bluedarts mistake, then have you tried calling up their customer care and checking with them ?

Worst experience I ever had.
It was the second day when my credit card was not delivered.
The courier boy even misbehaved. He treated like I was begging some penny from him. All my docs were with me the aadhar card, voter I’d, pan card original copy. But he denied to handover my own credit card to me. I was very much dissapointed.

Bluedart sucks , they say me that there is no service in your area while I’m only 4-5km away from there branch in baddi (hp). And you should teach some manners to the workers working in that branch, worst courier in thr world .
Blue dart is the leading courier of India.But sometimes due to heavy pressure of delivery they fail to deliver on time.However you can track Blue dart consignment number using 11 digits tracking number online.This is the air way bill number and updates after 24 hrs of shipping.Alternatively you can track shipment using reference number.

Blue Dart Courrier Delivery – It is known for making false endorsement that the customer premises is closed etc., without delivering the courrier. I have experienced more than 3 to 4 times. Such Courrier services should be discontinued by Banks and others.
Really very tough to reach blue dart customer care.. If any urgency letter or documents dont book through blue dart… more over none of their branch offices will not pick up phone call and there is irresponsible persons are there.

on 24-01-2013 i booked one parcel(DHL AWB NO-4182843022,BLUE DART AWB NO-39909241455) from bangalore to assam.But for some paper works it was cancelled on 28-01-2013 and dhl/blue dart person(manjunath v gopal) said that the payment amount(rupees-1925) would be refunded to me through cheque.But till now i have not got my cheque.I don’t understand that how many days will be required to deliver a cheque, and your representative mr.manjunath v gopal has been misleading me for last 10 days saying that the cheque has been dispatched from mumbai. Whenever I ask him regarding the cheque of amount Rs.1925, he has told me that the cheque will be coming today or tomorrow morning. Manjunath V Gopal (contact No. 8147541775) has been telling me the same thing for last 10 days that the cheque has been dispatched from Mumbai and I will get it today at 3 P.M.
I am not sure whether actually the cheque has been despatched or not from Mumbai, since I have not yet received the cheque of Rs.1925.
This kind of service is not expected from a courier service company like DHL Express (India) Pvt.Ltd. Almost one month is over from 28.01.2013 to 22.02.2013, but I have not yet received the cheque from your office for cancelling the booked parcel of Rs.1925.

This is Shanmuga Sundhar, i came to inform you on a poor service which happened on yesterday (12.01.2013). I didn’t expect this from an esteemed service company.
This is my deliver Shpt# 4294003624, from HDFC.
A man, who came with this to deliver in my address (West K K Nagar, chennai-78). That time I went a photo-shop, which is very close to my home. The delivery boy came to my home and informed to my sister about this delivery. But, he didn’t give to her, that i appreciated really. Suddenly, my sister made phone call to me and said about that delivery. At that time of phone calling that delivery man suddenly ran away without any response. Within a minute i came that spot from the studio, i didn’t see him and get the credit card from HDFC.
Within a minute i was there. Even my sister informed to him that mine is very close to my house. But, he gave no response to her and never wait for a minute to deliver. This is very very poor service in the competitive world. This is not the way to get-up or to improve your service.
Due to this event, i cannot purchase pongal dress for my family members. i cannot celebrate the Tamilar celebration “Pongal”. This is harvesting festival in Tamilnadu on 14.01.2013. I can’t expect this from Blue Dart.
For HDFC: Please consider this event to deliver your valuable things. Thanks. Whatever HDFC send, that has to help on time to a customer, otherwise its meaningless. Thanks.

Bluedart delivered me a SBI Card in jan,2012, which i lost in April,2012.Aa such bank despatched me a new card in the SAME ADDRESS which was returned undelivered by Bluedart stating addressee could not be located,where as i was staying in the same address.Bank redespatched the card 2nd(shipment no 43892126681) and 3rd(shipment no 43898931215) time,but both the time it was returned undelivered stating the same reason.In between twice i had visited their office and made number of telephone calls with regard to the issue.Once i got the reply that since they could not locate me they redirected the consignment in the alternative address ie my office address,there also they could not locate me and deliver the card. This game is still continuing and i could’t get my card so far.What to say God only can save this organisation and its staff.Since iam very well present at the address,I have to believe that their initial delivery of the card in Jan was made either to a wrong person or they are making fun.It was not my first experience with Bluedart.Now i have no doubt in that it is a third rate courier and the Indian speed post service is the best.It would be better for the coy if the senior management is look in to such things.

This is regarding the AWB 58153947482, today afternoon 12:30pm I had spoke to your executive and informed that shipment should deliver before 5pm as customer will not be available and he has confirmed that material will be delivered before 5 pm today.
Second call I had made around 4:30pm spoke to your executive Mr. Sultan, he told me that material will be deliver before 7 PM only, When I informed him about my first call discussion with blue dart executive, Sultan told me that he will be inform the executive who has spoken to you within 5 or 10 mins. But I didnot got any call.
Third call I had made around 5 pm your executive told that material will only delivery before 7pm, if it is not getting deliver today they will try delivering the material for tomorrow before 5pm, if it is not happening tomorrow they will try for next day.
This is the way how your executives are giving information about the shipment.
As blue dart is fastest courier, that is why we ask our HO to book through your courier that to by Air by paying more amount. If we are not getting the shipment in next day then what is the use.

There is no pick up happening at Salt lake city timely basis. At the time of delivering documents the delivery persons are taking consignments at around 2.30 – 03.00 pm. Most of the cases office documents are ready around 5.00 to 5.30 pm and due to that one day delay for dispatching documents. The most critical is that if the documents are bigger volue and or size then not taking the consignments. Asking to call customer care and to arrange for. Otherwise we have to arrange deposit by self arrangement at local office.

I was applied for ICICI bank Creditcard, this card was dispatched from the ICICI bank on January 13th 2012.
But till now i didn’t received the courier to my communication address(H.No: 17-115, Kamala nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad).
when i call to the bluedart courier customer care number 040-66161234 by telling the my courier deliver way bill number 40323099600 (this deliver number taken from the ICICI bank customer care), the customer care person said to me that they are upadte as consignment address is not correct.
I am shocking by this remark, why because they didn’t came to my communication address and they didn’t called to me on my registered mobile number(8886532000).i was confirm with my house owner whether they came to room for dispatching when i went to outside,they said to me nobody came to here for courier dispatch on name.after this confirmation again i called back to the customer care 040-66161234, they said to me again as ‘our(blue dart) deliver person JOSHI came to your address on 17th january,But he didn’t came to my address why means on this day i was suffering with cold fever,i spent the whole day in my room only on that day.but they are saying he came to my address with out coming to my address. I think they are not intrested to deliver the address perfectly. Why the bluedart courier is recruiting this type of lazy delivery persons.
Why i am saying lazy means again today(17th january) at 6 PM i called to the bluedart courier people, I got response as they send back my credit card to ICICI bank.with this type of issues my name went to blocklist in ICICI bank by the worst things doing by bluedart courier people.
ICICI bank persons are came to my address for address verification they are cleared for issueing credit card on this address. But why this Blue dart courier persons not delivering couriers to perfect address.

Yesterday I was assured that same will be delivered to me , still not received. When called customer care people they r saying will be delivered today . This is not the first time when we r not getting courier on time . The most pathetic thing the behavior of the customer care people who r least bothered abt customer sentiment .

PAN Card sent by NSDL through Blue Dart on 13/14 Dec 2011 under waybill no. 44484642812 was not delivered to consignee (fake entries of visiting consignee 3 times with remarks of premises found locked/closed by blue dart employee made in their records without actually visiting the consignee, although the premises was never locked/closed since 5th Dec 2011). The employee/management at Jaipur never bothered to call the consignee on telephone number provided by NSDL on envelope and kept the consignment with them for 13 days and then returned back to origin on 28 Dec 2011. The customer care at Jaipur did not pick up even a single telephone out of 14 telephone numbers provided from 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs on 29 Dec 2011. The telephone picked up around 1530 hrs was disconnected. Mr. Yogesh Manager Operation then picked up telephone and after lot of deliberation he assured to get the consignment back from Mumbai and delivered to me.

A courier was dispatched by homeshop to me.
Today I tried with bluedart central customer care it was assured to deliver today hence I am waiting for it at home. Before half an hour I tried a number of Verna ofice & it was surprised that nobody picked number however since call was directly transferred to some extension resulting in mobile bill, but could not talk to anybody & is happened thrice today.
Somehow I got another number from panjim office after enquiring it was told that delivery will be done tomorrow which contradicting the commitment given by central customer care. I wasted hole day waiting here at home.
Sine we are working peoples it is not affordable to wait for courier.

Blue dart has the worst delivery boys. They dont attemt to find the address and return and post the comment “house locked / wrong address/etc.” I don’t understand why the insist on taking the consignee’s contact number with the address when they do not intend to call them for direction to their house.

One credit card consignment has been booked by citi Bank to be delivered to my residence address on 5th Sep 2011 and the target date is wihin 4 working days. Till 8th Sep the consignment was not delivered. I contacted the blue dart centre on 9th afternoon and after much deliberations they have assured us delivery on 9th between 3 pm and 6pm. I have already clearly intimated thaI no body will be availale in the house till 17th. In spite of it they visited at our house at 20.00 hours by which time no body was available. We cannot wait in the house indefinietly. Again I contacted over phone the centre at Vill parle to whom I have clear instructions to deliver the consignment on 19th. In between your person has visited on 16th and the article could not be delivered. To day when I contacted they told that delivery can take place on 20th inspite of giving clear instructions for delivery on 19th one week in advance. This is the worst service I have come a cross. On July 29, 2011 Blue Dart domestic courier service from Hyderabad to Howrah, West Bengal was sought for to deliver a letter to consignee at Howrah, West Bengal.
Full details of the consignee name and address were provided and the packet was accepted for delivery (consignment no. 13251031721)with the clear confirmation by the pick up guy that the mail will be delivered at the earliest. Rs.280.00 was paid in cash towards charges.
A confirmatory SMS was also received on the following day that packet got forwarded to Howrah and POD details will be provided shortly.
On Wednesday Aug 3, 2011 consignee confirmed non-receipt of the mail.
After various follow ups with Blue Dart Hyderabad, Kolkata and Howrah offices and incurring huge telephone expenses, finally the packet got delivered on Aug 6 2011 at 11.30 a.m.i.e. exactly after 7 days.
A SERVICE FROM INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION !
In addition to the unnecessary financial loss service quality of such a reputed organisation demand some question. Whenever query was made the stock answer received ” Consignee’s complete address was not provided, hence, delay”. This was total lie. If the address was incomplete how come the Pickup guy accepted the package ??? And why confirmatory SMS was

we have been dealing with BlueDart courier for quite some time but we are really regretting as to why we get our consignments through them..
the services and response is absolutely hopeless and the attitude totally uncaring.
They do not know as to how should they respond.

we are yet to get our shipment from Ahmedabad despacthed on17/6/2011, morethan 17 days have passed, but despaite our numerous calls, the attitude of the Kolkata office is the hell with your consignment, it will be delivered as & when we feel like.
They should be penalised for such late deliveries and they are not worth the reputation.Nobody in the customer care service is able to say as to from which location the consignment is going to be delivered/ no telephone nos. even. they say they work on Emails only..

No one turned up from Blue dart during this time. After 2/3 days a guy(Arjun) wentI got SMs from BlueDart, contact Citibank for address issue! Can I get to know from where I can collect my envelope?Or they can redeliver talking to me in advance when(Date/time) the guy will come to deliver. ICICI bank, Aurangabad had sent a cheque book through Blue Dart on 09.06.2011. ( DOC No. 44293181166). It has not been delivered till 12.20 hrs on 18.06.2011. It has taken 9 days but local document has not reached the destination. It is shameful for the Blue Dart which claims to be best in the country. We have contacted the concerned persons including one Mr Rajesh who is supposed to be incharge, in Blue Dart’s main office over phone at least 9 times, but no body seems to be worried. I am now requesting the ICICI Bank to change the courier otherwise the bank will stsrt loosing their customers.
A letter was sent to me from mumbai to visakhapatnam and for that envelop there the sender was charged for Rs280.00 and when it reached visakhapatnam here the local branch people just telephoned me and asked to me collect it from theie office .,, it is not a residential address where in one can state that it is not found it is a commercial address and a popular organisation in that area – i understand that the boys did not come atall and simply asked me to collect it in person and in the phone conversation i told them the clear land mark address and asked them to send it but these people did not care for and have sent back the envelop stating addressee not found inspite of repeated attempts tried. silly point is my office is open round the clock. when i spoke to mr.ibrahim the local i/c he says some mistake has happened and he would get back the enevelop without any extra payment for the 2nd time …. so silly with so called big organisation blue dart .

Pathetic Service of Bluedart.I was supposed to get a HDFC credit card through Blue dart.I recieved a message that We tried to Deliever your shipment …but no body came to my home or contacted me even once for the consignment and when i called customer care they responded that “the person will come and will not call you before coming or even after reaching at your place as we are not supposed to do it..”
This is the worst comment i could hear from a company dealing with direct customers.There is no Service level agreement they have.
And the worst of all is when you try to track your order on Website it will show invalid shipment number and no feedback option is provided there…

I am really shocked at the way such a reputed courier company behaves. My consignment no.44220167821 was not delivred to my sister in law at my regd address as my ID proof was not there with her. On calling your customer care no. (22881234), a lady told me to leave my original Proof of ID and an authorisation letter with my sister in law so that she could take the consignment. Obviously communication in this company is not a word emplyees have heard of, as the person who went to deliver the consignment on the next day refused to hand it over to her since sister in law is not as per their list. He expected my blood relatives (father/mother/brother/sister) to sit at my in laws place to take delivery of my card. Or maybe it is expected that we skip office and sit at home the whole day to receive a consignment. If it could not be handed over to my SIL, why did the person on the phone tell me to give an authorisation letter along with my original ID? I had given my PAN card to her so that she did not face a problem. When I spoke to the delivery boy and requested him to wait for 5 mins, since I planned to call my dad who lived in the next building, he refused to do so. I am utterly disgusted and have asked for the consignment to be sent back. This was a card from HSBC which is where I work. I had also requested them if they could deliver it to my work place which was refused as the address was not in their records. However even after following all the instructions, I was unnecessarily harassed. Since this consignment is from HSBC, I will have it delivered to me thru my office in Chennai. But I wonder what would have happended if this was some other imp document. Horrible experience!!!

one of the worst n most expensive courier services in India. The parcel/docs. never reaches on the given date, moreover the customer care service is pathetic. no one cares 2 even answer the phone, u need 2 visit the center in person n bang the desk 2 do get the status. the website never gives the correct status the parcel, its always in transit as soon as u pay for it, u never know the parcel is in source city or moved away from it.

The parcel/docs. never reaches on the given date, moreover the customer care service is pathetic. no one cares 2 even answer the phone, u need 2 visit the center in person n bang the desk 2 do get the status. the website never gives the correct status the parcel, its always in transit as soon as u pay for it, u never know the parcel is in source city or moved away from it.

Services of blue dart company is very bad. Under invoice no 40281122464 was delvered at my residence at Gorakhpur UP. The courrier man who came to my residence was rude and uncivilized. When he knocked the door of my residence , my wife became late by 2-3 min in opening the door. on being taking 2-3 min time he threatened to return without delivering the envelop. The concerned person didn’t even know if my courier was given to someone or where it was. I felt he was so arrogant in replying also. Simply dropped sorry card and left the prremises. There has been no communication. I tried to contact your office. At 4.00 PM one gentleman picked up the landline and told me that all delivery staff left and asked me to wait till monday.My residence just a stone throwway to your office. I volunteered to come to your office and wanted to show the type of identification you require because I am BSNL official.But I am left no choice except to wait till Monday as the delivery of my cover is depending on the movement of the concerned delivery staff.They dont care even to contact over my mobile. I fully agree what Mr. Manikumar has written. I couriered a letter to Dehra Dun (Uttarakhand) on Friday the 23rd July 2010 at 10 AM through your authorized D.S.Services (461, Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Kolkata-84). I am pained to inform that the letter had not reached its destination till Monday the 26th July 2010. The man at the desk repeatedly assured that the letter would reach the destination sharp on the 26th. Sending a letter through Blue Dart has not served my purpose and has caused me considerable damage. This is a clear case of misleading as well as breach of faith.

How worse can it get when you are couriering this BLUE DART, because of certain individuals.
I ordered a Dell Desktop and due for deliver, seeming that Blue Dart does excellent they both companies have tie-up.
The computer’s estimated time delivery was on Monday 12th July.
I get a call at 5 PM, from a Blue Dart executive named Nagaraj (i think he works out of the BTM location) informing me that he is outside my home to do the consignment delivery.
I hope and understand at least when you are doing a Large Parcel delivery the customer needs to be get prior intimation, as I understand small parcels it is difficult for them to call each and every person’s availability.
When I told him, I am not at home and will be back in one hour without telling answering to me, he disconnects the phone.
When I try to reach him back from the cell phone number he has called does not respond, after three .. four times he picks the phone. Ask when do plan to do the delivery he said Sunday morning by 12 ‘o’ Clock. Told him an alternative plan that I would come and collect it from BTM layout, to that he said a firm NO.
Thinking that he would deliver the consignment the next day on Sunday, waited for his call. But for some instintive reason I called him at 10 AM, he said he will be there at my place in J.P.Nagar in 20/30 mins (which is actual time take if you drive down at 30kms/40kms in vehicle, which is absolutely fine).
It was 11.45 and this guy Nagaraj from Blue Dart has not reached my place for delivery. From 11.45 to 12.30, i called him about 14-15 times but does not bother to pick my phone. Thinking that he must be in some meeting or heldup somewhere where he is not able to pick my phone, sent him a text/SMS. Waited till 1, but does not reply to my text. After that frantically called him 8-10 times on his phone continuously, finally picks and says “SIR I AM IN A OFFICE PARTY”.
What does this guy think about customer, where has the customer commitment gone. 10 in the morning he says I will come in 20/30 mins, within couple of hours he says I am in a office party.
I don’t deny the fact that people should not be attending Office Parties, but why in the first does he have to commit that he will come and make me wait for 3 ..4 hours for nothing. Even customer have their own space and time on weekends and cannot be sitting the whole day expecting the BLUE DART guys to come over.
Was absolutely furious with the kind of behavior which this guy has, I seriously condemn it. Never in my last 6/7 years of BLUE DART couriering experience heard something like this. At least for large shipments they have to assign more responsible like how they do it for CREDIT CARD deliveries.
This is a genuine incident that happened and there is no exaggeration in terms of numbers and facts.

I guess publishing here is of no use. Nice to know even big companies like BlueDart sucks. I have kept away from them mostly due to the exorbitant rates they charge. Feel really good to be with DTDC. They have provided excellent services till date. Courier booked mid day is available for tracking by late night at the latest – online. Blue dart booked on Sunday – does not even appear online the whole of monday and lets see if its available atleast tuesday – I guess by when its should have reached me 😛 So much for world class service.

This is truly pathetic & irresponsible service by Bluedart. This courier waybill no. 43048403462 is still not delivered whereas I was being informed that it will be delivered at my office address. Disguisting part was that i did not even got a call from the delivery center. I am writing an e-mail to the shipper regarding this poor service. I ll also be lodging a complaint in consumer forum as well regarding the delay and irresponsibility of handeling the shipment.

My AWB – 58096369590 and it contains a DELL laptop. Thinking of sending it thru BLUE DART for safe and sure delivery. I shipped it from Bangalore on 8th Jan 2010 for HPR. But the shipment didn’t reach still on 15th Jan 2010. After chasing with customer care, got to know that shipment is missing. Still they are unable to trace where the shipment is. Could you pls take any action accordingly. All the necessary paperwork and shipment value was declared at the time of shipment. This was not expected from courier giant like BLUE DART… how far the claim is true??? if we donot deliver, money will be returned…but here full shipment is missing…. pls trace the shipment at the earliest.

today i recd courier Docket No. No12688886361 from Chennai to Chandigarh dispatch on 26th Dec 2009 at 5 pm after so many calls.Your Team member already commit to deliver at urgent bases but how it’s urgent, after 50 CALLS your delivery guy say,i will deliver accordingly & Turn by turn ,then where is your commitment,,we are your existing customer,we always collect our courier form Chandigarh office,never give pressure your team,but today they are working totally unprofessional way,,kindly check & commit us it WILL NOT BE HAPPEN AGAIN IN FUTURE,,& Give instruction your Chandigarh Team to cooperate with your daily customer professionally & Gave priority if we require,,,, Thanks
received the blue dart 0008, missed you card from society security gate for AWB NO. 44414708925 today at 6pm.Inspite of myself beimg in the flat whole day ,yr courrier person did not bother to contact and even security person told the courrier boy that Surjit singh monga is present in the flat,you go.Inspite of this the courreier person just dropped the note writing timing 1528 pm in the security guard cabin and rushed somewhere else.I am shocked by the attitude and never expected Blue dart will keep such boys who are not bothered for the blue dart services. Will you please inform for the action taken causing one dau delay,otherwise I will go to consumer court for poor services and iresponsible attitude.

Today I went to post a Packet at your Gurgaon Blue Dart office at Vipul Tower by 11 AM. I reached there and at the customer desk there were no one, I called for people by Hello, but no answer came, and I was literally calling for someone at a really high volume when it was 15 minutes that I was waiting unattained, when an attainder came and instead saying a ‘sorry’ he shouted at me, and told me fake that the office has been shifted to other place. When I asked well, then there should be some notice outside mentioning that, he said, scrutinizers keep visiting, so we can’t put such a notice, and without telling me where is the new office, he started weighing my packet. I was strange !! Then he said that there is no normal delivery for the packet at BANGALORE from GURGAON !! and I must pay for the “nest day express time bound delivery” which charges huge. I was ready to pay, but obviously not carryign so much cash, so asked him to take from card, and he said, he can’t do that, machine not working… he didn’t even care to connect the machine and check. When I asked him to show the document where prices are mentioned he was not ready to show that to me….. It was ridiculous behaviors of the person there. He behaved as if he was doing a charity to me !!! Is that the way BLUE DART serve customers??? I am a regular customer of BD, but every time I visited this office of yours, I had bad experiences, and this time it was beyond expectation. If you can not employ proper people, please close your business branches. There is no point asking hush hush money for such poor quality services. Sending document is not only your quality, you must teach your employees how to behave to customers, at least simple business curtsy.

I have sent a thru blue dart with a request to deliver on time but when it was not even delivered till promised time i raised my query to Customer Care. Customer Care executive asked me to follow up with Locan consignee. I have taken up the matter with Local Consignee Mr. Vikrant-Gurgaon, instead of giving any sollution he started shouting on me and misbehaved on telephone. You are requested to take the necessary action against him and revert .
bluedart did not making any efforts to find the correct address and deliver the courier addressed to me at kanpur cantt,track no 42517172865 and returned it back to chennai.I am disappointed with the services.

I had a courier from Blue Dart on 13.11.09 when I was away for 10 days in my official assignment. I contacted the number mention in the card but the response is very poor from Puri office. The person handling the item unable to tell me anything about the courier and asked me to wait till the boy returned from his round. Pl. instruct them to be more service oriented and customer friendly.Pl. reply me immidiately.

Why such a superb practice for this Giant courier service?

Dear Sir, I am Roshan singh Aswal From Baddi ( Himachal Pradesh), i Fed from your services at Baddi, The courier person always come to our office on lunch time. We have already intimated them about our lunch time and availibility time period. but he never listen our words. its almost happen 3-4 times in same month. I am facing a lot of problems during such kind of things.

With reference to the AWB 42745875911. The delivery boy brought the courrier yesterday(05-Oct) and informed our security point. the boy vanished within 2 / 3 min even before i could from inside of the office premisis. The same is repeated today also just now 15 min before. I tried complaining to the call centre(044-28241234) and received an irresponsible reply the same will be delivered by tomorrow between 12 to 4PM i cannot wait in the security point to collect the courrier. The delivery boy could have either waited for another 1 or 2 min or could have handed over to our security and collected the acknowledgement with office seal.

hi sir i am sumit sharma from amritsar i am not happy with your service and your employees because in amritsar office your employee is not do work properly and dont reply to any query . one delhi based company has send one courier to me but when i asked about my courier to your employee they did not reply to any query . after that i went to home and call to blue dart office .every time they recieve my call and dissconect after three second . when i told to your employees they all are laughing. if you have no faith on me pls contact your amritsar office .
